She began her recruiting career with one of the nation’s largest recruiting agencies, where she consistently ranked among the top 3% of recruiters nationwide. Kelle was recently recognized in Who's Who in Greater Cincinnati HR, Personnel & Employment by the Cincinnati Business Courier.
Prior to establishing Hiring Solutions Ltd., Kelle worked as an internal corporate recruiter for the Cintas Corporation. She recruited top talent of all levels, and also played a key role in the company’s national MBA recruiting program.
Kelle's success with her clients is largely due to her ability to understand the client's "corporate culture" and recruit talent specific to that culture. Her client's depend on her not only for her ability to quickly fill the mainstream positions, but more for her ability to source and recruit talent for the difficult to fill positions.
